About Us
Founders Ignacio Saettone (on the left) former athlete and Stephano Zagastizabal (on the right), former college athlete & current athlete playing in Portugal with firsthand experience of the recruitment process, played soccer together and they understand the journey's intricacies and the hurdles athletes face. Our journey began when we noticed the lack of opportunities talented athletes were receiving due to their lack of knowledge of the recruitment process ultimately being stripped of their opportunities to shine at the next level. Driven by the belief that every athlete deserves a fair chance to showcase their skills, 3 Minute Highlights was born.
Our mission is to empower athletes to reach their full potential and secure their future in sports through affordable, high-quality highlight videos. We are committed to providing comprehensive support, from scholarship assistance to free information, ensuring every athlete can navigate the recruitment journey with confidence and success. In partnership with agencies that share these values, we strive to create opportunities for athletes, fostering a community where talent is recognized and dreams are achieved. Our goal is to transform the recruitment landscape, making high-level sports accessible to all, and turning athletic aspirations into achievements.

At 3 Minute Highlights, we are passionate about changing the game in athletic recruitment. Founded by Ignacio Saettone and Stephano Zagastizabal, former & current athletes respectively with firsthand experience of the recruitment process, we understand the journey's intricacies and the hurdles athletes face. Our journey began when we noticed the gap between talented athletes and their opportunities to shine at the next level. Driven by the belief that every athlete deserves a fair chance to showcase their skills, 3 Minute Highlights was born. Our team comprises lovers of the game who have all experienced the challenges of the recruitment process firsthand, and/or has been specifically trained by highlight video experts with a very player specific formula created by college coaches, players and agencies to ensure every athlete is getting the maximum amount of exposure possible to be recruited at the next level. We have adapted our videos to specifically capture college coaches attention and will continue to do so to ensure every athlete has the best chance of getting recruited. Beyond video production, we offer a suite of services designed to ease the financial and informational burdens of recruitment. From securing scholarships to providing free educational resources, to creating content dedicated to ensuring that athletes and their families are well-informed and prepared for the journey ahead.
